That is to say all the hook-ups are assumed to be on the left with US/European, whole with UK they are on the right?. Just like the entry door, they are on the left in UK and on the right with US/European.
I've seen LOTS of European (small) motorhomes in the US, can't recall ever seeing a UK one.
Yes but the simple solution is to park "backwards" in the site.
I too suggest to by a good battery charger as soon as you arrive in North America and us that. Small inverters are everywhere and not too expensive, especially when compared to UK prices. :)
