Yes and they're reasonably cheap too. That's what got me thinking about this.
But they're mostly used by beer brewers pumping non-pressurized tanks of brew around. Not really sure how they would work in a pressurized system. The one time2roll used works, but that's a lot more expensive than many of the ones I've seen.
Especially if I put one in between the hot and cold lines. Would it block flow between the lines until turned on? Would it work at all at normal line pressures?
Maybe I'll just have to buy a cheap one to find out.
