Hot water heater: electric to propane
My rv tech switched my 6 gal water heater to electric since I was out of propane last year and now, I want to turn it back to propane. My camper is having electrical issues and this my be contributing...

Turn OFF the 'electric' ON/OFF Switch and turn ON the 'gas' ON/OFF switch.
Provided the propane is valved in service and the water temperature is below water heater t-stat setting it should fire off.
If you have a Suburban water heater the electric ON/OFF switch is in outside compartment in a corner.....just a rocker switch.
