House batteries not charging 2005 Sunvoyager Part 2

[img] [/img][img] [/img][img] [/img]continued from my last entry. Converter output is 13.6 but new batteries won't charge . Likewise running the generator doesn't charge the house batteries either....

Converter doing 13.6v
And no charge to batteries
Broken wire,? In circuit between converter and batteries
Do you have the B.I.R.D. ? Bidirectional charge control relay, battery control center
UNIT IS BAD, allowing only a one way charge

There birds job is to charge both house and engine batteries from either alternator or converter and to keep them isolated
