The genset to the battery is usually the worst option. My group 27s need a little higher voltage to get them charged quickly than my other batteries, for some reason.
The good news is the paralax is 55 amps. The bad news is it looks like it is 13.6-13.8v which will not get you recharged quickly at all.
Might be cheaper to get a great portable battery charger to use with the genset.
The PD will charge a lot faster than the Paralax, especially with the charge wizard.
