How cold should the air conditioning get the RV?

We have a 30ft trailer with a single 15k AC unit and wired for 2nd unit but have not experienced the need for 2nd unit.

Yes, once the trailer gets heat soaked from travel it takes hours to cool.

Clean the coils,filter and pull the shades.
