How do I coax more life from my golf cart batteries ?

Short answer: There is no magic. You probably can't, no matter what you do. IF....you screw around for weeks with all the suggestions that you get, you might eek out an extra 6 months. Might not too.

What exactly makes you think they are getting "weak" and how old are they ??

Oh....and what voltage have they been floated at ?
