Float voltage may slow the process down, but batteries need to be equalized approximately every 30 days.
Low, low amperage charging at high voltage may help with sulfate removal. 168 hours or more.
Me bad for never having equalized them before.
The Rolls battery manual says that equalization current should be 5-10% of C20. C20 on a GCB is about 11A. (220AH/20hrs). So equalization current should be 0.55 to 1A ?
Thanks for all the help !
