I filled my gravity fill fresh water tank and an hour later saw water dripping from the wheel well 3 feet away. Traced it to the hose clamp connection at the exterior filler. Tried to tighten but that made it worse. Removed the clamp and saw a sliced hole in hose. I cut off the section of the slice and reattached and tightened the clamp but it still leaked and cut the hose. The hose is a cheap PVC flexible one with plastic coils instead of metal springs. But because of the hose's spring like exterior, the clamp cuts it. Going to look for another hose today. Will duct tape on the outside prevent clamp cuts?
