I wish. My cheap Canadian Tire 1000W PSW starts screaming at ~11.5V. Still works though. Not sure how low the V has to be for it to cut off.
I had one of those for a few years till I fried it (RIP) and it didn't act like that. It is a re-branded Xantrex if that matters.
It might be a question of where you take that 11.5 measurement from. You can get voltage drop on the monitor to battery wire itself. Plus you can get "rounding error" with only one decimal point.
Might be worth some cross-checking with different voltmeters at the battery, at the inverter input, and with the inverter's own readout.
If it is really closer to 11 than the now observed 11.5, you can then go about reducing voltage drop.
