1/0 aka 0 ga will be safe and not that much voltage drop with 150A.
But with just 2 6V golf carts you will get substantial V drop at the batteries if/when drawing 150A for your microwave. Not sure how your inverter will handle that.
Big downside of 6v GC batteries is high internal resistance, not good on high amp loads. As an example, myself and a few others have found that a pair of GC will usually only run a 100A or so load down to about 80 percent state of charge before causing the inveter to drop out due to low voltage.
I have 4 golf carts and can run the microwave even at 50 percent state of charge, each bank only needs to supply about 50 amps in that case.
Now 12V are another story, usually way less internal resistance and can run the load down to much lower state of charge.
