How long will this battery last using inverter?

Going to be less than 2.5 because you are discharging at the 5 hour rate not the 20 hour rate. Faster the draw the less energy you get. Wiki Peukert for more information.

More like 1.5 to 2 hours max to 50% level.

Unless it is a Lithium battery then you have minimal to no Peukert effect and you can run it down 80%.
