I need a battery bank to power a mini fridge 1.3 amps @ 120v for 48 hours and a electric blanket 200 watts @120v 8 hours as well as computer and cell phone charging, how many Ah will I need?

Are you running it on 12 volt DC or 120 volt AC?
If 120 volts AC #16 wire would be just fine.
