I recommend at least 300w to really accomplish anything, and not portable. You'll get very weary of lugging panels in and out of the RV, and storing them. Put them on the roof and be done with it.
Sorry, but you'll have to just park in the sun.
Portables are only as small as you make them. Our 230w portable does quite well thank you and considering it can track the sun and get maximum amp most of the day , not just at noon time, it can do as well as a larger system mounted flat.
There are some down sides such as storage and handling, still it is nice to park in the shade while the panel is in the sun.
