I your case I would just keep it simple since that's what your needs are. You are using up 2 GP27 batteries in 2 days wich is about 100AH or 50AH a day. A single 125W solar panel out in clear good sun all day can provide that level of charging with a good controller. Since your just looking to extend time and not fully recharge but also considering you will not get good clear sun all day I would suggest that 125W panel with a 10Amp Morningstar Sunsaver controller. Probably in neighborhood of $300 for panel, controller and necessary wire to set up portable system.
