The addition of a carbon atom has to deplete O2 percentage. By X number of PPM there has to be depletion for a determining of facts or the assumption remains an assumption. This is not a challenge but rather a hopefully positive remark.
scripps institute has this graph of oxygen concentration since about 1985. It does show a decline. how that tracks CO2 levels, don't know. but then there are other things that also exctract oxygen from the air, oxidation of metals, etc. along with animal life. But then processing many ores (iron, aluminum etc.) releases oxygen as well, since the ores tend to be oxides, but it consumes oxygen in the fuel used.
