How to install a yoga swing in my living room?

My rig is very well-made. Two heavy people can walk on the roof. I figure that much weight can walk on it I can surely hang gently from it. I'm only 125 lbs. A yoga swing is like any other swing. I...

If I was forced to install a swing at gunpoint, the only way I would do it would be to build a "sawhorse" type of support to hang it from. I wouldn't go only into the ceiling joists and I certainly wouldn't go clear thru the roof and put a long plate up there to get adequate support.
