How to install a yoga swing in my living room?

It looks like Alpenlites have aluminum frames. So perhaps I have to figure out a way to attach to that. Or...go through the roof and just distribute the weight with some kind of weatherproof disk.

I'm going to remove one of those fluorescent fixtures in the center of the living room ceiling and look around. That's a good way to access that space between and see what I dealing with an even attach things if it turns out I decide to put it there. And it's in the center of the room.
