How to install a yoga swing in my living room?

My rig is very well-made. Two heavy people can walk on the roof. I figure that much weight can walk on it I can surely hang gently from it. I'm only 125 lbs. A yoga swing is like any other swing. I...

I see you have a vent fan. If you remove the four screws and remove the inner trim panel, there should be a gap between the ceiling and the roof. That should allow you to take a peek and see what kind of structure is up there.
