I agree, I'm not inclined to use wood. Too many other great maintenance-free materials these days.
Yeah, when I finally started seriously considering using that part of my rig as just an office and gym I got really excited. I use my dining table as a catch-all for paperwork. Don't remember the last time I sat at it. Time to rework the space!
