How to install a yoga swing in my living room?

My rig is very well-made. Two heavy people can walk on the roof. I figure that much weight can walk on it I can surely hang gently from it. I'm only 125 lbs. A yoga swing is like any other swing. I...

I just went up on the roof and jumped. No creaks. Another advantage to no using the stabilizing jacks is that the rig gives with bouncing. It's not locked in place. And I could put additional springs at the hooks near the ceiling for added cushioning.
Using springs will increase momental force, it does not make things better.
