How to make AC plugs work without shore power.

I need the AC plugs to work without being plugged into shore power. This is not to run the air conditioner or microwave. I just need the AC plugs to work. How can this be accomplished safely? Than...

How many batteries do you have. An ordinary group27 battery would hold that heater for about 20 minutes.
