How to make AC plugs work without shore power.

I need the AC plugs to work without being plugged into shore power. This is not to run the air conditioner or microwave. I just need the AC plugs to work. How can this be accomplished safely? Than...

A 1200 watt harbor freight converter will run it just fine.
Its batteries and charging you should be thinking about.
