How to make AC plugs work without shore power.

I need the AC plugs to work without being plugged into shore power. This is not to run the air conditioner or microwave. I just need the AC plugs to work. How can this be accomplished safely? Than...

I recommend Go Power inverters. 900w of heat for a few hours is going to need 6 to 8 batteries. Then how will you recharge?

I will suggest one of the propane catalytic heaters designed for indoor use if you need warmth.
