3M makes a "self vulcanizing" (seals to it's self) silicone based tape
it fuses into a solid block of soft rubber
its weather proof, vibration proof, can be buried (if needed) won't peel, and can be easily cut off if access is needed,
Cheap copies are sold as "miracle survival tape"
Home depot sells the real stuff
buy some and wrap all those wire nut connections, they will Never accidentally come loose
then you can Ty-wrap the wires to make it neater
