I know, a full battery reads 12.8 open circuit but ...

Ok, there are graphs galore that show open circuit voltages for condition vs voltage. My question is: "What readings do you see on you panel with a moderate load?" Let's say you're boondocking...

My monitor sometimes resets itself, other times It will take several hours before it falls below 0 A/H from full.

I never look at the percentage screen, always the amp hours from full. The percentage screen does not account for reduced capacity as a battery ages.

I also reset mine a lot because I can and do switch all loads from one battery to another/ I do not reset it during daylight hours though.
