My Tri does not have the "three things" set at all; I use it as is out of the box.
It seems to be designed for a draw down from full (zero AH) then a complete recharge (pos amps) Once to "full" and draw down starts again, it goes to zero AH. But what if you stop the charge before the batts are full as when doing 50-90s or you are on solar and you don't get to full that day?
Mine only resets when amps into the batts goes down to a preset amount so 50-90's won't reset the counter (I think I have it set for 1 or some fraction of an amp...don't remember) so I won't hate it. :) Besides with the little bit of solar I plan to get, I'll never be at 100% while camping so the meter won't reset (I've tested this too).
