I have a brother who is only 5 miles away but his electric is on a REA Coop (Rural Electric Co Op which was the "electrification project from way back in the early 1900s), pays DOUBLE what I pay..
So, last months bill was $80 for me would be $160 for my Brother.
Problem is that coop is stuck in the early 1900s.
