Electric vehicles are coming. As a wrench turner back in the 70's I always thought I would be telling my Grandkids about ICE in their time. Looks like we'll need at least another generation.
Storage is important as is the power to get all those EV chargers zinging. The battery situation continues to improve and making the battery exchangeable might be a decent way to get range taken care of. As to utilities, I think we need to decentralize the grid and learn new manners of generation.
IMO, if the EV Tesla platform wasn't viable, I don't think we'd see Walmart and JB Hunt ordering trucks.
