Ice cream stays soft. Wonder why?
Our 5 yr. old Norcold works fine. Only issue is DW ice cream (sugar free) stays soft. All other items in the freezer compartment is frozen solid!! :h

Ice Cream is one of the hardest items to freeze solid in any fridge. A contant temperature of at least 0 to -5 is reqiured to freeze it rock hard. Most fridges only get to around 5 to 0. The best thing to do is limit how many times the freezer door is opened.
