We don't use our icemaker - have it shut off. They eventually leak - both in your home or rv. Just don't want to take the chance in the rv after having to repair a floor in the house from one leaking that we never knew about. Never any water so we knew it was leaking. Found out when we moved the frig to clean back there. No thanks - I'll use ice cube trays.
