I'm gonna run new cable to converter.. rear of rig!

Hi! I really want to run heavy wire to the converter. batteries to converter is approx 35ft. Instead of draggin' wire through the rig... I thought Id run Sch40/80 conduit under the rig, run the li...

I used PVC conduit from the breaker panel to a new box with a 15A outlet installed next to the converter. I disconnected the existing converter both 12V side and 115V side, tied the new 115V wiring to the breaker that had fed the existing converter. I left the POS original converter sitting in place as emergency spare.

You will of course need to leave in place the existing wire from the battery to the distribution panel to supply battery power to the 12V distribution panel.
