This would be my approach:
The cabinetry that the converter is in has a cavity right next to it with a blank panel on it. Remove the blank panel and find a suitable new door from your model or another Keystone, order from the dealer then install on opening. Install one or two ALS batteries in the compartment in vented battery boxes or use AGM batteries. You would have to do something with the one or two mini circuit breakers in the tongue area. This would only work if there is enough height inside the cavity. Alternatively, you may be able to find space in a lower cabinet elsewhere at rear of your TT or forward on the right side. You would easily be able to run wiring under the cabinets and shower.
It *might* even be possible to install a door on the rear of the TT to access the cavity. I would discuss with the factory and/or dealer first. One source of exterior doors is Challenger Door.
This could potentially upset the tongue weight and you may need to shift some weight forward like say the spare tire.
Reclaim the space in the A-frame for a tool box, spare tire, bike rack or whatever.
I would really consider replacing the WFCO converter, especially if going to AGM batteries.
That is an option I'm exploring right now.. I'm gonna rip that area apart this next weekend and see if i can make some changes. I know the 30A cord gets stuffed in this space. So I might pull it, install a Marinco outlet on the exterior and not have to store the cable in there... I also thought of installing a vent with a really small 12v fan to keep that area cool and vented.. almost a neg pressure area.. always drawing a small amount of air from the interior to vent outside... either run AGMS or wet cell GC batts, mount the inviter in there as well....
