I'm sure this is a dumb question

Ok, here we go. Tonight it is going to be below freezing and I am going to disconnect the water hose but I would still like to have my facilities in the 5th wheel. I have a 40 gallon fresh water tank, but my question is, when I put water in there is there any way to dump that water if I don't use all of it during this freezing period?
