Just went on YouTube and found numerous videos on how to replace the in-line water filter, however, it appears that neither end of the filter is threaded. You simply insert the tubing until it clicks in place, then pull on it until it seats. You then snap in a small half circle clip. There is no gasket. None of the videos showed what to do when a leak develops where the tubing is inserted. In one episode, they showed cutting the tubing when discarding the old filter. I think I will try that and re-inserting the same tubing into the old filter, which is actually a new one, and see if that cures the leak.
