Thanks for all the input. I think the only next step is to re-run, and very carefully monitor the voltage. I did have the inverter shutdown a couple of times (prior to installing the solar) due to the batteries not being charged fully- unfortunately this was when I really needed coffee and wasn't paying attention to the voltages.
