Installation of Progressive Dynamics 4600 Charger

LOAD: Work that draws amperage. It doesn't CARE of voltage is 13.0 or 11.8 so lower voltages will pull full rated amperage out of any converter.

BATTERY: Finicky electrochemical device that DEMANDS to be babied at voltage levels HIGHER than what a LOAD requires.

Comparing the two can be like getting smooched by a beauty queen or looking at a picture of her with puckered lips.
