Installing a rack on my new TV cab roof
I just bought a new Dodge Ram 1500 pick up and would like to put a single roof rack on the roof. On my last one which was a Ford F-150, I was able to use a system from Yakama called "Landing pad 7" ...

I do not have one, but if i was to install one, i would remove the headliner to ensure i don't drill into any wires that may be going across the roof. I would also use regular bolts and washers with lots of sealant and some Loc-tite on the bolts.
