Hi,
Welcome to the forums.
While a sub panel can be used it may be easier to simply feed the shore power cord from the inverter while turning off the converter, and setting the fridge to propane (and water heater, as needed).
How many amp-hours of battery bank do you have?
What is in the solar extreme kit?
I try to use the "kiss" principle for all my modifications (Keep it simple *I'm* stupid).
