First of all - welcome!
Your 3000w inverter could pull over 300 amps at 12V DC. You are not going to do that with a single 12V battery!
Also, IIRC I don't think there is a 240 volt split phase inverter available, which is what you will need to power a 50amp rig unless you have no 240volt appliances. In which case you could connect both halves of your supply to the inverter providing 110V to each leg, but 0 volts across the two legs.
Your energy management system may not like that!
You need to rethink your ACTUAL power requirements. I'm suggesting it is impractical to power your entire system from an inverter without a HUGE battery bank behind it. You need to be more selective in what you run and perhaps have a dedicated circuit and outlets that run off the inverter.
