my last concern is the weight. each battery weighs 105 pds. can I spread them out over two compartments? the compartments are about 3 feet apart. right now I am using #6 and the length is 12" to each battery. if I have to use a second compartment would a #1 cable 3' long between the two compartments be good enough?
