As Bill wrote in his post, the Kisae bonds the neutral and ground ONLY when it's appropriate to do so when in service. When the RV is connected to shorepower, there should NOT be any onboard neutral/ground bonding.
Just to clarify I was using my 1500WATT PSW POwer Inverter as a 120VAC source and plugged the trailer shore power cable into the Power Inverter receptacle using an adapter... This is my poor-mans transfer switch... I was not connected to shore power source from the power company or camp ground pedestal...
