With 50a RV you can splice into one side of the cord feeding the main panel or to feed everything you really need a separate 50 amp transfer switch to splice in.
If you feed one side, you load that up with microwave, convenience outlets etc. The dead side can have air conditioning, electric water heater, maybe fridge electric, converter etc that you do not want powered by the inverter. Everything will still work when plugged in.
