You should be able to, or just add a buss bar near the panel.

Without knowing the model it's possible, but I would be shocked if it's smaller than 45A and probably 55A on a toy hauler. Even if it's a "no-boost" WFCO I would think that higher amperage at 13.6 would be quicker than lower amperage at 14.x. But maybe not.
As you said you can combine charging, I just never do. Most chargers base voltage on charge rate, and with multiple charge sources the amperage may drop off quicker on each charger and go to lower voltage.
