If inverter is active, when you unplug from shorepower transfer switch should apply power from your inverter to supply your fridge if it is automated. Of course batteries would have to be feeding inverter, something is obviously amiss but should be simple enough to diagnose with a voltmeter if you have access to these components. PDI at time of pickup should have detailed the sequence of events when fridge is unplugged from shorepower. By the way, that is a beautiful rig, hope you have many great times down the road.
