Inverter issues
Hi, I bought a Thor 3000watt inverter , so I can plug my whip from my rv into it and power up the camper, so I don't have to run my generator. Its a 2016 work and play 34WRS. I have a Yamaha 6300...

should be (2) wires direct to battery
and the inverter case ground goes to RV frame ground NOT to the battery
I installed the inverter in my storage space, hooked up to my batteries. I take my whip that is plugged into the camper and plug that into the inverter. that's when it displays a code, and a loud tone and the code is a ground fault code. I tried it with and without grounding the inverter
