Well, after all of this great advice, it turned out to be a loose AC wire attached to the inverter. Had the repair guy stumped as well at first! It was on the back side; I'm no electrician, so wasn't about to pull it out...I guess it is true about loose wires and bolts the majority of the time. Thanks again to all...
