Joe,
That Chinese inverter/charger on E Bay is set up for 220v, 50hz input. You can't use that here, in the US.
Word up on E Bay merchants: If they are charging more for shipping than the item being sold, don't even think about buying the item. You would be dealing with a dishonest seller. With that inverter/charger, they are asking $68 for the item and $99 shipping.
The only inverters that aren't hard-wired are small 100W-200W inverters that plug into a DC cigar lighter receptacle. A 10 amp charger isn't much of a charger, it will take many hours to recharge a battery. Do you have a converter existing in your trailer? If so, you already have a battery charger on board.
What if i use the one on board along with the 10 amp cherger?Would that make a difference?
Probably some difference but not enough for the price of the additional charger. What are you trying to accomplish? If it's more rapid charging, replace the original onboard charger and don't muck around with separate chargers.
Yes, you can hook up an inverter anytime you'd like. What are you trying to power with the inverter?
