I run mine at 50 volts, and had to double-up the positives due to heating after about a half-hour. Some of that heat could have been due to too-small bolts on the busbars however.
Yes. The max load should be less than 2,500 watts which would be about 116 amps from the batteries. With 4 batteries, that is only 29 amps from each battery. I won't need to worry about heat build up at all. However, I will be using the Tesla modules built-in temperature control system for warming the batteries on cold days.
