Is it ok to travel with a full plastic gas can on my bumper?
It doesn't seem safe but what else would I do? I haven't used my genny enough yet to know when I will need gas.

There is a Gas can set up that holds ten gallons, it mounts behind the spare tire hanger on the Jeep Wrangler, So it's not illegal. I would not carry one myself. I would stop and fill a gas can if I carried one before I got to my camp site.
